The well-decorated interiors created a pleasant ambiance, while the spacious rooms offered comfort with their flat-screen TVs and thoughtful amenities. I encountered issues with the heating and jacuzzi, which the staff could not resolve despite consistent requests. The restaurant service met high standards, and the breakfast offered variety over my five-day stay. The wellness centre provided satisfactory options, including a relaxing indoor pool and sauna. Despite limited English communication from the staff, they genuinely attempted to assist. While the hotel's location is convenient for skiing and nearby amenities, it's wise to consider dining hours, as many places close early. Kristiania provides certain luxuries, yet careful planning could enhance the experience and ensure it aligns with your financial expectations.
